Step-by-step

On the web (fastest):

Go to paramountplus.com and sign in.
Select Account (profile menu, top right).
Select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm.

App differences: The Paramount+ apps generally hand subscription management to your app store. Cancel at the source that bills you.

Billing-specific instructions:

Billed through Apple: iPhone/iPad → Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Paramount+ → Cancel Subscription.
Billed through Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Paramount+ → Cancel subscription.
Billed through Amazon (Prime Video Channels): Cancel in your Amazon account under Memberships & Subscriptions, or in Prime Video under Account & Settings → Channels.
Billed through Roku: Roku home → highlight Paramount+ → press * → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription. Or my.roku.com → Manage your subscriptions.

Traps to expect

Promotional multi-month offers: If you subscribed on a multi-month promo, canceling may end your access at the close of the current billing period rather than the end of the promo span. Check the confirmation screen for your exact end date.
The Showtime bundle: If your subscription includes Showtime, canceling Paramount+ ends both. There's no keep-one-drop-one inside a single billed bundle.
Annual plans: No refunds on remaining months; you keep access until the renewal date.

Retention offers

One or two free months: Some cancelers report Paramount+ offering a free month or two to stay. Verdict: free is free, but only take it if you'll watch something. A free month you don't use is just a delayed cancellation with extra steps.

After you cancel

You keep streaming until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
