How to cancel BritBox

Step-by-step

On the web (fastest):

Go to britbox.com and sign in (canceling from TV or mobile apps isn't supported).
Select your profile icon (top right) → My Account.
Scroll to Plan & Billing and select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm. You may see a discount offer; continue if you still want out.

Billing-specific instructions:

BritBox cannot cancel a subscription billed by a partner. If you don't see a cancel option, you subscribed through someone else.

Billed through Apple (iTunes/App Store): iPhone/iPad → Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BritBox → Cancel Subscription.
Billed through Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BritBox → Cancel subscription.

Traps to expect

Cancel 24 hours before renewal. BritBox requires cancellation at least a day before your next billing date.
Annual plans don't refund partial years. Canceling a yearly plan mid-term won't return the unused months.
Deleting the app doesn't cancel. Billing continues until the subscription itself is canceled.
