How to cancel CuriosityStream

Step-by-step
On the web (fastest):
- Go to curiositystream.com and sign in, then open Your Account.
- Scroll to the Plan and Payment section and select Manage Plan.
- Select Cancel Plan in the top right corner.
- Follow the prompts to finish.

Billing-specific instructions:
Check your bank statement to confirm who bills you; CuriosityStream can only cancel direct website subscriptions.
- Billed through Apple (iTunes/App Store): iPhone/iPad → Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CuriosityStream → Cancel Subscription.
- Billed through Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CuriosityStream → Cancel subscription.
- Billed through Roku or Amazon: Cancel through that platform's subscription settings.
