How to cancel MHz Choice

Step-by-step

On the web (if MHz Choice bills you directly):

1. Go to watch.mhzchoice.com and sign in.
2. Select ACCOUNT, then Manage Subscription.
3. Open Billing & Subscription and select Manage Subscription again.
4. Select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION and confirm.

MHz Choice's own signup terms confirm the path: you may cancel in your Billing Settings or by contacting Customer Support. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Billing-specific instructions:

• Billed through Amazon (Prime Video Channel or Fire TV): Cancel in your Amazon account's memberships and channel subscriptions. MHz Choice cannot cancel an Amazon-billed subscription for you.
• Billed through Apple: iPhone/iPad → Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MHz Choice → Cancel Subscription.

Can you pause instead?

Yes, if you subscribe directly on a monthly plan: MHz Choice lets direct monthly subscribers pause for up to 3 months. In the cancel flow (Account → Manage Subscription), choose PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION instead of canceling. Annual plans cannot pause, and neither can subscriptions billed through Amazon, Apple, Google, Roku, Xfinity X1, or Xumo: for those, canceling and resubscribing later is the way to take a break.

Traps to expect

• All sales are final. MHz Choice's terms say sales are final, so do not expect a refund for the current period. Cancel before the renewal date shown in Billing Settings.
• The biller decides the path. Subscriptions started through Amazon, Apple, Google, or Roku can only be canceled with that biller. If the cancel option is missing on the website, a platform is billing you.
• Annual plans renew at $89.99. The annual plan is the better per-month price, but it renews in one yearly charge. Set a reminder before the renewal date if you are on the fence.
